Therapists with specific training in the administration and interpretation of such assessments as:
- Sexual compulsivity and other process addictions
- Personality organization
- Drug and alcohol use/abuse/dependency
- Emotional Functioning
- Family of Origin Function
- Polygraph
- Ability/Achievement
These are instances where the assessment tools are deemed necessary by the CCSH for an accurate clinical picture. These assessments will require an additional cost and those fees will be outlined prior to the date of testing. Payment will be due the day of the assessment. CCSH is not responsible for submitting insurance forms or claims.
